DevDarbaar Return and Refund Policy

At DevDarbaar, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

Just add photo proof required for any damage or wrong product delivered

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label that you can use to send the item(s) back to us.
Package the item(s) securely and send them back using the provided label.
Once we receive the item(s), we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card.
If you paid by other methods, we will issue a refund check or credit to your account.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for the exchange.
